In the context of planning promotional activities that will be carried out by ITPC Hamburg in 2021, and following up on the MoU of the Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) and Import Promotion Desk (IPD) related to Promotion Activities in 2020 and 2021 for Light Wood Products, ITPC Hamburg plans to take part in the Interzum exhibition for 2021.

Biofach 2020 exhibition is one of the largest European organic product exhibitions held on February 12-15, 2020 in Nuremberg, Germany. This year, Biofach was joined by 3,782 companies/exhibitors from 111 countries including Indonesia.

The exhibition is an ideal platform and entrance to showcase the potential of Indonesian organic products in the European region. The participation is a collaboration between the Directorate of Promotion and Image Development (P2C) of the Directorate General of National Export Development, Trade Attaché of Berlin and ITPC Hamburg, which are incorporated in an Indonesian Pavilion. In addition, there is also a Pavilion built by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (KUKM)

The Indonesian Pavilion occupies an area of ​​96 m2 in Hall 3A and is joined by 8 participants facilitated by the Directorate of P2C, Trade Attaché of Berlin and ITPC Hamburg , including: PT. Moringa Indonesia Fangardana, CV. Barokah Mandiri Results, CV. Kayutama Agro, Mozass Healthy Lab, Kawanasi, PT. Intrafood Singabera, PT. Mega Organik Indonesia and PT. Bukit Sari

Ambiente 2020 is the largest international exhibition in the world for Home Decor products, which is divided into three sectors, namely: 1) Dining (table, kitchenware and household products); 2) Giving (gift items, decorative and personal accessories for bags and jewelery) and 3) Living (interior design, furnishing and decoration). A total of 4,460 exhibitors from 92 countries presented their products and in 2020, the Ambiente exhibition attracted no less than 136,000 visitors from 167 countries.

65 Indonesian companies participated in the Ambiente 2020 exhibition including 22 companies that received the description of “Trade Fair Innovation” by the organizers. There are eight companies facilitated by the Ministry of Industry, namely: PT Yogya Indo Global, PT. Harmoni Jaya Kreasi, CV Palem Craft Jogja, CV Pandanus Internusa, CV Morotai Home Indonesia, CV Art Classic Indonesia, PT Bana Andara Nusantara and Siji Lifestyle.

The Spielwarenmesse 2020 (Toys Fair) exhibition in Nuremberg is one of the largest and oldest international toy exhibitions worldwide. It is the 71st exhibition in 2020. The number of exhibitors this year reached 2,886 companies from 68 countries, and attracted at least 67,000 visitors from 132 countries.

On this occasion, there were three Indonesian companies participating in the Spielwaren 2020 exhibition:

a. PT. Buana Mas Sejati / 3DUPlay, promotes carpet products for children combined with augmented reality technology, and has been participating consecutively for the last 4 years.

b. PT. Sunindo Adipersada is engaged in stuffed toys, and has been exhibiting for 27 years in Nürnberg, Germany.

c. PT. Jaya Letexindo Internusa engaged in the manufacture of toy balloons, PT. Jaya Letexindo Internusa has been established since 1982, this is their first time participating in the Spielwaren exhibition.

The Internationale Möbelmesse (IMM) 2020 Exhibition is the largest annual furniture exhibition in the world that is devoted to business people in the fields of furniture and furniture, architects, and interior design. This year’s exhibition occupies an area of 246,500 m2, participated by more than 1,160 participants and successfully attracted 149,500 visitors from various countries.

Indonesian Pavilion at the 2020 Internationale Möbelmesse (IMM) exhibition, located in Hall 5.1, is an initiation of the Indonesia Furniture & Craft Promotion Forum (IFPF) and ITPC Hamburg. Eight Indonesian furniture companies that joined together in the Indonesian Pavilion were Aryasena, Ayana Interior & Furniture, CV. Secondhand Wood Shades, CV. Yudhistira, CV. Xhaka Art, Permata Furni, PT. Indoexim International, and PT Laka Indonesia Design.

The European region is still the main destination market for small and medium-sized Indonesian furniture companies. This is due to the high interest of the European community towards furniture from Indonesia so that many furniture companies, distributors / large traders and retailers in the European region are looking for opportunities to establish business relations with Indonesian companies. One of the advantages of Indonesian products is its unique design, handmade and raw materials that are not widely available in other countries.

ANUGA is a food and beverage exhibition held every two years, this year it celebrated the 100th existence. The exhibition occupies an area of 284,000 sqm with more than 7,400 participants from over 100 countries and has attracted at least 170,000 visitors from more than 198 countries. A total of 23 Indonesian companies participated in this year’s ANUGA exhibition

The 2019 InterTabac exhibition is the largest exhibition in the world for tobacco products, along with all kinds accessories related to it. This year marked its 41st exhibition. The exhibition is held annually. More than 560 exhibitors from 64 countries took part in the exhibition and has managed to attract at least 10,000 visitors from various countries around the world. On this occasion, as many as seven Indonesian companies took part in the exhibition.

The Spoga-Gafa Exhibition is the leading annual exhibition for outdoor furniture in Germany. The exhibition occupies an area of 230,000 square meters and focuses on outdoor products. The number of exhibitors this year reached 2,150 participants from 64 countries with around 40,000 visitors. 18 Indonesian companies participated in the exhibition and registered independently

Genuss Festival Köln was such a hit, we decided to partake in Genuss Festival again, this time in Düsseldorf. The location of the festival is in and around Koenigsallee, a main boulevard located in the heart of Düsseldorf. Very lively

On July 28th, 2019, Directorate General of Domestic Trade of The Ministry of Trade of Indonesia and ITPC Hamburg were organizing an event in General Consulate of The Republic of Indonesia in Hamburg, called Campaign for Increasing the Use of Domestic Products. This event was an effort to expand the use of Indonesian products by Indonesian citizens and Diaspora, who live in Northern Germany. Since the Indonesian domestic products are produced in rural area, buying and using them would contribute the development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the area, which then drives the nation’s economy. The well-known Indonesian export products are, for example, false eyelashes and Mercedes Benz’ exhaust pipe from Purbalingga, Barbie doll from Cikarang, Indomie, Tolak Angin, GT Radial tire, Polygon bikes, Bodypack bags, Brodo shoes, The Executive clothing, etc. This event was attended by around 50 highly enthusiastic guest, who reside in Hamburg, Bremen and Lower Saxony.
