Referring to the promotional activities carried out in 2020, ITPC Hamburg plans to take part in the World of Coffee (WOC) exhibition, which will be held in Poland in October 2020.

In the context of planning promotional activities that will be carried out by ITPC Hamburg in 2021, and following up on the MoU of the Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) and Import Promotion Desk (IPD) related to Promotion Activities in 2020 and 2021 for Light Wood Products, ITPC Hamburg plans to take part in the Interzum exhibition for 2021.

The COVID-19 pandemic carries a significant impact on national and global economic and trade activities. To anticipate a greater impact on national trade, the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia has developed a new breakthrough strategy, which is to formulate policies in order to meet the needs of raw materials, identify superior products, identify potential markets and export barriers, and improve export facilitation and the role of trade representatives.

The topic for discussion was “Trade Remedy in the Pandemic Period: Opportunities and Challenges”. This webinar was held on June 8th, 2020 and was headed by the Expert Staff of the Minister of Trade in Market Security.

During this pandemic, Indonesia has issued a number of relaxation policies in the export and import of several products
